    What You'll Do/Need

    Position Summary:

    The Organizational Development Partner reports to the Director of Integrated Talent Management (ITM) and partners with the business unit leadership team and their HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to conduct needs assessments and create organizational development initiatives, programs and deliverables aligned with the company's strategies, priorities and annual goals. This team member possesses a passion for talent management and leadership development as well as great analytical and critical thinking abilities.

     

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Lead and partner with respective business unit leadership teams and their respective HRBPs to identify needs and create talent and leadership development strategies aligned to our integrated talent management strategy
    • Partner with respective HRBPs on the design and/or effectiveness of vital talent programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, engagement, organizational redesigns and training
    • Conduct evidence-based needs assessments that maximize the effectiveness of learning initiatives
    • Partner with the Talent Management team to ensure integration and alignment with all development programs and strategies
    • Collaborate closely with and provide consulting services to the performance and engagement teams to develop learning solutions that quickly and efficiently impact business results and drive retention and performance
    • Use data to provide consultation on organizational effectiveness that will close gaps from current to desired future state
    • Develop project plans, manage project implementation, provide thought leadership and engage with stakeholders to gather and share data and work with functional leaders to mobilize groups of people to adopt the new approach
    • Champion top talent and guide individual development plans to maximize experience, skill and readiness for the next role
    • Implement and drive regular sharing of opportunities within and across teams to leverage talent management alignment and resources
    • Advise on the implications and risks of change adoption and make recommendations on factors that may impact its sustainability
    • Establish key performance indicators and develop metrics to track execution, monitor progress against key change management deliverables and measure the success of the change strategies
    • Develop evaluation strategies to assess return on investment of talent-related initiatives
    • Gather and use metrics and analytics to effectively measure, benchmark and monitor the impact of talent development initiatives on organizational and individual learning and success
    • Conduct research on best practices to support continuous improvement

    Position Requirements:

    • Degree in organizational psychology, organizational design or human resources management
    • 7+ years of experience in consultation, organizational development and change management on a large scale
    • Global and cultural awareness of the company and industry standards
    • Experience with and understanding of adult learning and adult learning processes, including strong instructional design skills
    • Significant experience building training curriculums
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e-learning platforms and human capital management platforms such as Workday
    • In-depth experience with multiple approaches and technologies related to change management, performance management, and talent management and development initiatives
    • Ability to effectively interface with and influence team members and leadership at all levels of the organization and cross-functionally
    • Keen analytical ability demonstrated by the ability to analyze and respond to needs and to measure outcomes
    • Strong project management skills and facility with project management tools
    • Ability to effectively and constructively lead change in an organization
    • Strong critical thinking and critical evaluation skills
    • Willingness to work and integrate with multiple partners
    • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize while being agile and adaptable
    • Demonstrated integration and strategic planning skills
    • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
