The Lease Administrator abstracts lease summary information for all new leases, lease renewals and temporary leases, recording such information in Yardi Voyager and maintaining all related backup. This team member assists in resolving any discrepancies in tenants’ rent accounts via telephone conversations and written correspondence with property managers and their assistants. This team member also interacts with the Finance, Operations and Leasing teams on all items that would directly affect the accounting or financial reporting of tenant activity.
