    What You'll Do/Need

    The IT Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day work in supporting technology needs within all Bedrock locations. They work closely with the other IT Coordinators and the Technology Team Leader to ensure all systems are functioning properly. They must be able to solve problems and perform computer troubleshooting for end users. They must possess a working knowledge of computer hardware, software and operating systems, as well as network concepts.


    Position Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot and repair computers in a networked environment
    • Image and place computers, printers and phones
    • Move equipment for users transferring to new locations within the company
    • Maintain physical inventory of computer equipment and supplies
    • Support remote users
    • Install and configure software
    • Support iOS and Android mobile devices
    • Work on short and long term projects as assigned

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Basic understanding of: 
      • Dell OptiPlex and Latitude series equipment
      • Lenovo/Yoga series equipment
      • Windows 7 and 10
      • Microsoft Office suite
      • Microsoft Active Directory
      • Mac OS X
      • iOS
      • Android
      • HP printers
    • Advanced customer service skills
    • Positive attitude with high focus on customer satisfaction
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills


    Preferred Requirements

    • Knowledge and experience with:
      • WAN, LAN and telecommunication
      • Altiris
      • Avaya telecommunication equipment
      • MAC OS-X and MAC hardware
    • Advanced troubleshooting of complex problems with Microsoft and non-Microsoft applications
