What You'll Do/Need

Position Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for organizing and planning in preparation of the markets   
  • Oversee market and pop-up operations
  • Execute onboarding for market vendors
  • Oversee set-up and breakdown of market vendors
  • Organize, plan, and execute events within the markets
  • Organize, plan, and execute weekly programming in the market spaces
  • Act as the market vendors main point of contact/resource for questions and concerns
  • Organize and maintain vendor information  
  • Responsible for collecting vendors weekly sales and providing this information to the Director of Tenant Relations
  • Responsible for collecting all agreements and insurance documents from the vendors
  • Acts as a liaison between all organizations involved in the markets
  • Oversee the markets day to day operators to ensure the space is clean and the market is running smoothly.
  • Ensuring and enforcing that the vendor are open during the required hours


Position Requirements:


  • 2-3 years of management experience
  • Experience in retail and events preferred
  • Vast degree of creativity and latitude expected
  • Ability to anticipate tasks, prioritize, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to represent Bedrock in the most professional and reputable manner, which includes living up to our vision and mission and the Bedrock Core Values
  • Ability to be mobile for an extended period of time
  • Minimum of 40 hours a week, with the ability to work evenings and weekend when needed
