What You'll Do/Need

The Tenant Relations Associate will assist in communication, coordination, and organization on all levels of the development and success of our tenants throughout the Bedrock portfolio.  


Essential Functions

  • Act as a project coordinator for numerous tenant needs and assignments
  • Execute onboarding/orientation process for all new tenants
  • Shared responsibility for formulating the Detroit Retail sales report each month
  • Organize, plan, and execute tenant events start to finish
  • Be available to visit, support, work with tenants outside of normal business hours
  • Maintain and update tenant list; including all details of location, hours, etc. for current and upcoming tenants
  • Act as a resource and liaison for tenants
  • Utilize creative vision in order to develop ideas for events
  • Assist with marketing and promotion strategies to assigned tenant portfolio
  • Organize and maintain tenant information
  • Work directly with Property Management team and maintain constant communication on tenant requests and improvements
  • Conduct research on current and upcoming tenants
  • Meet with Leasing, Marketing, Communications and Property Management teams on a frequent basis to act as advisor and voice for tenants
  • Contribute to special events and Tenant Relations master calendar
  • Coordinate vendor pop-ups in Bedrock buildings
  • Network to maintain strong relationships with tenants
  • Propose opportunities to tie threads

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional role
  • A vast degree of creativity and latitude expected
  • Ability to anticipate tasks, prioritize, multitask, and work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to represent Bedrock in the most professional and reputable manner, which includes living up to our vision and mission and the Bedrock Core Values
  • Ability to work above 40 hours per week
