What You'll Do/Need

Job Summary

Support administrative and organizational initiatives of the property management office, assist PM team with day to day building operations/management, and act as main point of contact/liaison for the property management office.

Reports To

Property Manager

Essential Functions

  • Monitor Building email and work orders and dispatch accordingly
  • Support Property Management & Engineering teams
  • Order Supplies (with approval from PM)
  • Assist PM Admin with scheduling daily activity of building Day porters & Engineering staff
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare letters and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Organize meetings
  • Tidy and maintain common areas

Skills/ Abilities

  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Organized, and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work effectively alone and with others
  • Knowledge of software applications such as MS Office, and database management

 

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in commercial real estate a plus
