The Team

Property Services is responsible for ensuring that the cleanliness of all of our buildings is upheld to the Bedrock standard and to respond quickly to emergency situations so that our tenants have a nice and clean space to work in. Internally, they cover everything from cleanliness of all common areas including kitchens, lobbies, conference rooms, elevators, glass and touch points, to cleaning and stocking restrooms. Externally, they perform exterior grounds upkeep, sidewalk cleaning and sweeping, window washing, and any other duties that may arise. They work closely with Property Management to ensure that duties are being performed properly and help to staff coverage for weekends and events in and around our buildings.

What You'll Do/Need

Reports to: Director of Property Services

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist Day Porter Managers with building walk-throughs
  • Interact with and get to know Day Porters at each building. 
  • Work closely with Director of Property Services to understand all aspects of PS team, including Summer Grounds and Field Services

Requirements

  • Academic Major: Business, Property Management
