The Team

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of each building including tenant relations, maintenance and repair, and security. Working with a variety of contractors and vendors to coordinate work that needs to be done for the properties, the Property Management Team is responsible for preparing annual budgets and reporting financial performance of the property. Property Management works with tenants to improve their experience by being as proactive as possible. When an issue arises, responding with a sense of urgency is critical.

What You'll Do/Need

Job Summary 

The Property Management Intern will support the Property Management team with day to day task sand assigned projects. Communicate with Bedrock Building team members to complete work orders and building inspections. Collect and document building specific information and ensure files are organized and up to date. The Property Management Intern will attend meetings and record notes for the Property Manager. 




  • Building inspections and touring properties
  • Process work orders in Yardi
  • Monitor and evaluate cleaning supply stock
  • Organize and update shared drive documents
  • Monitor and manage summer grounds team members
  • Collect and record building data as assigned


  • Academic Major: Business, Property Management, Accounting, Finance, Urban Development, Economics, or Liberal Arts
  • Class Standing: Sophomore, junior, or senior
  • Pursuing a career in Property Management OR Real Estate
