Who We Are

The Team

The Leasing Team is responsible for strategically filling our buildings with incredible retail, office, and restaurant tenants. They are obsessed with creating amazing experiences that offer something unique and memorable to anyone who lives in, works in, or visits Detroit. The team is focused on developing relationships and selling the vision of this great city to companies from all industries, large or small, international or local. More recently, Bedrock has expanded into the residential market and the Leasing Team is excited to offer prospective new residents a place to call home in downtown Detroit.

What You'll Do/Need


  • Attend meetings and gather information on prospective tenants
  • Research prospective tenants
  • Formalize spreadsheets for analysis
  • Organize lease files and lease summaries
  • Review leases and generate leasing reports


  • Academic Majors: Real Estate, Business, or Communications
  • Real Estate License is a bonus!
