What You'll Do/Need

Job Summary

The Bedrock Facilities Support Tech is an enthusiastic, self-starter who responds with a sense of urgency and is always looking for ways to improve our spaces and client experience.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Mail distribution & package deliveries (mail, boxes, cases of water, etc)
  • Maintain and accurately document inventory. Stock office supplies areas as needed.
  • Monitor and stock mailroom with office supplies
  • Organize and maintain a clean reception/guest area on 4th floor
  • Keep inventory of and stock office snack supplies in kitchens
  • Monitor and stock common areas (refrigerators, coffee, restrooms, conference rooms)
  • Load & empty dishwashers throughout the day
  • Maintain floor conference rooms by keeping counters wiped down, cleaning windows and writable wall and keeping drawers and cupboards organized.
  • Identify areas for repair such as light bulbs, furniture, office equipment, etc. and assist with general maintenance of such repairs.
  • Perform general maintenance and replace toners on copier, printer, and fax machines
  • Fill paper racks/cabinets and check every day
  • Remove any trash, empty boxes, supplies, furniture, etc. that does not need to be in office areas
  • Check and refill First Aid Kits and hand sanitizer dispensers
  • Make coffee and popcorn every morning and check popcorn need throughout the day
  • Wipe down countertops, sinks, microwaves (outside and inside), toasters, etc...
  • Maintain the conference rooms in a clean and organized manner: Remove trash and empty boxes, straighten and make sure all chairs are accounted for
  • Check for broken chairs, if they are broken have them called out for repair or replace them
  • Check restrooms multiple times a day to make sure they are clean and notify Property Services Team if cleaning is necessary

 

Requirements

  • Has a “we’ll figure it out” attitude; committed to a great client experience
  • Must be able to work both with teams and individually
  • Basic computer skills strongly preferred
