The Team

The Bedrock Transportation Parking Logistics (TPL) Team is responsible for fulfilling and overseeing all of the parking and transportation needs for Bedrock tenants. The TPL team specializes in three areas; Client Experience, Transportation, and Logistics. Our Client Experience Ambassadors (CEAs) are front line defenders for the team. This group is staffed 24/365, averaging 500+ parking intercom calls per day. The Transportation team is responsible for moving approximately 4,000 riders per day and overseeing a complex shuttle network that connects our parking facilities to our buildings. The Logistics Team is responsible for managing approximately 22,000 parking spaces among 30 properties. We strive to maximize our assets by increasing utilization where possible, while providing parking to not only our tenants but other monthly and daily parkers outside of our portfolio.

What You'll Do/Need

Job Summary

We're seeking an energetic, assertive and enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator. This coordinator must be process focused with a logistics background and a willingness to chip in and do what's needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Essential Functions

  • Process and distribute high volume of internal and external correspondence which includes mail, email, and voicemail
  • Assist Logistics Manager with overseeing inventory of allocated parking spaces for Tenants/FOC
  • Clean data, coordinate, and communicate parking shuffles as required
  • Own daily utilization reports for all Bedrock owned garages
  • Manage, maintain, and train team members on processes and procedures
  • Manage company parking incentive programs (opt out, van pool, etc)
  • Manage logistics of new tenant onboarding
  • Coordinate parking shuffles throughout tenants’ lease terms
  • Process all badge changes for Tenants
  • Make sure team website is current and up to date
  • Oversee weekly audits on all Bedrock owned garages
  • Communicate any additions/removals to team members and tenants
  • Research common trends with transient parkers
  • Explore new processes and procedures based off research to ensure efficiency in all garages
  • Organize validations for special events
  • Help Client Experience Ambassadors with commend calls as needed
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation when necessary
  • Review team active parker reports
  • Manage access profiles for both team members and tenants
  • Forecast any miscellaneous events that may affect parkers and/or garages
  • Follow up with both tenants and garage managers to ensure all requests and daily operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Fill in for Client Experience Ambassadors as needed to make sure commend boxes are covered, clients/tenants/Team Members are fully supported at all times



Job Qualifications

  • Excellent listening, organizational and communication skills

  • Have experience in logistics and moving parts

  • Ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal instruction/supervision at times
  • Process focused to ensure procedures are sufficient for both end user and client
  • Proven ability to perform a variety of critical and often confidential tasks
  • Computer efficient with advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good attendance and ability to work long hours as needed
